Every two weeks you meet with Stephen for an hour to examine your progress and refine the strategies that work best for you. Personal exercises between meetings help strengthen your mindfulness muscle as you move forward. You review each step together.
Stephen didn’t learn meditation from books or courses. His training began four decades ago when he lived and studied for eight years as a Buddhist monk with the Dalai Lama and other Tibetan exiles. Take advantage of this opportunity for a personal conversation.
